Intermediate
Gymnastics Classes:

These classes are for those that have mastered the cartwheel and roundoff and are working on a spotted backhandspring.  These classes consist of bars, balance beam and vault as well.  Class capacity in these classes can reach up to 12 students also.

Advanced
Gymnastics Classes:

These classes are for those that have a good spotted roundoff backhandspring and starting to work are more advanced skills.  These classes will also consist of bars, balance beam and vault as well.  If your child is ready for this class, that is awesome, she or he will be pushed to advance to the Excel Level.

Excel
Gymnastics Classes:

This is the Top Level Class and for the more advanced tumbler.  Must be able to do a series of backhandsprings by yourself,  working on a tuck, layouts, pikes and fulls and ariels, backwalkovers on beam and backhandsprings on beam.  These classes are considered the best of the best and the training is the best of the best.  Good Luck and hope you make it to our Excel Classes!!!

Gym Team Classes:

These classes are very fast pace and competition classes.  Looking for more in gymnastics then gym team if just for you.

Makael HutsonThe Boulder is an awesome mat used to help teach backhandsprings.  It gives students the confidence to perform a backhandspring without a spot and helps students to maintain proper body position throughout the backhandspring while using the Boulder. This is by far, one of my favorite mats to help teach beginning and intermediate tumbling classes.  The more advanced tumbling classes, use it for front handsprings and dive rolls.  No matter the class, students love the Boulder.

Jump on Board and Give our Preschool Program A Shot!!!

Hi, I'm CarlyPreschool Classes:

Our Preschool Program is full of creative, fun learning.  Children in our preschool classes will learn the fundamentals of beginner gymnastics and the discipline to start learning a structured program.  Besides learning gymnastics, your child will learn their colors, shapes, how to count, jump on and over things, patience, follow instruction and learn to take turns.  Getting rewarded for their hard work is just another fun way to help keep them motivated and eager to come back for more.

The Air Trak has proven to be one of our most popular inflatables for teaching backhandsprings.  Our students love it and it gives coaches an excellent station for those students that are ready to attempt a backhandspring by theirself.  Students feel confident to attempt running tumbling, tucks, layouts and fulls without a spot on the air trak.            Wow, look at her fly!!

Hurry up and take our picture!!Conditioning:   We did  take the time to smile for this picture but we really don't care for conditioning to much but Ms. Shannon says it is good for us.  At the end of our class we usually finish up with a few exercises.
Pictured Above:
is Taylor Clark and Carly Phillips attempting a pull up.

Why do we have to do pit laps anyway?

Pictured above is Katie Gantner finishing up some of her conditioning.
